Education is the bridge that connects our dreams with reality.

Rafidin Education was founded by Mirela Simona Anghelache out of a desire to transform education into a real, practical, and accessible experience.

The platform was born out of the belief that anyone, regardless of where they start, can build a better future through knowledge, courage, and perseverance.

Today, Rafidin is more than an online academy—it is a community of people who learn, grow, and support each other. Under Mirela’s leadership, the platform has become a safe space for personal and professional development, offering accredited courses, coaching programs, and useful resources for a stable career in the United Kingdom and Romania.

How it all began

"My name is Mirela Simona Anghelache, I was born in Romania, in the city of Brăila, where the Danube cools the arid Bărăgan region during the summer months. I have been living in London since 2014, the most important political, financial, cultural, and artistic center of the United Kingdom, and one of the most important cities in the world."

Mirela’s journey to the UK began with a simple dream: to create a better life for her family. She started working for a Romanian cleaning company in her first month in London, and after a very short time, she became a social worker caring for elderly people—a step that completely changed her perspective on the value of education and empathy.

"Every day was a lesson about people, patience, and dignity. I understood that in order to truly help, I must first learn to listen, understand, and be present."

Roots and formation

Mirela grew up in a family where education, hard work, and respect for others were core values.

"My mother, a teacher, taught me kindness and patience. My father, an accountant, showed me what discipline and perseverance mean."

In Romania, Mirela graduated from two universities—Accounting and Engineering—and also earned a Master’s degree in Finance.
These achievements gave her a solid foundation, but her true motivation came from her desire to do more for people:

"I have always dreamed of building something that would offer real support, not just diplomas—to help people learn, grow, and believe in themselves."

The road to knowledge in the United Kingdom

Based in London, Mirela continued to study and improve her skills, obtaining several internationally recognized certifications:

  1. NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) – Care Assistant
  2. Assistant Practitioner Program – Bucks New University
  3. Diploma in Business Management – University of Roehampton
  4. Diploma in Education and Training
  5. Leadership and Management in Healthcare

This combination of practical experience, education, and leadership inspired her to create a platform that would offer the same support to others.

The foundation of any serious activity is honesty and morality.

Rafidin Education

In 2023, Mirela founded Rafidin Ltd., which quickly became Rafidin Education—a bilingual (RO/EN) educational platform for those who want to learn effectively, retrain, or develop an international career.

"I created Rafidin for people who believe in second chances, hard work, and progress. I strongly believe that education has no age limit, and transformation begins the moment you decide to learn again."

Through Rafidin, Mirela offers not only courses, but also clear direction, a support system, and an open community.

"Authenticity is my form of courage."

Throughout her life, Mirela has remained true to her values—hard work, empathy, and integrity.

She believes in the importance of celebrating every achievement, no matter how small, and in people’s ability to rebuild themselves through education and confidence.

"I believe that success is not a destination, but a journey. Every step counts. Every day is a new lesson."

Today, Rafidin is an international community of people dedicated to continuous development, ready to inspire and train generations of professionals in the healthcare and business fields.

I learned that it's never too late to start over. Education isn't just about information—it's about confidence, courage, and freedom.
